From the same team as the ultra-popular Bell’s in Los Alamos, Bar Le Côte transports diners to coastal Europe via local seafood pulled from the Pacific. Some of the innovative menu combinations include corn porridge with wild shrimp and sea urchin, and beef tartare with fried oysters and bitter greens, all made with ingredients sourced from local farmers and fishers. The wines are a mix of U.S. and Europe’s West Coasts. Even better, the team runs Feed The Valley, a charitable organization focused on eliminating food insecurity in the Santa Ynez Valley.
