This venue owned by sommelier and restauranteur Scott Evans zeroes in on small producers from the Iberian Peninsula, including Spain, Portugal and part of Southern France, on an extremely descriptive and user-friendly list. Rather than focus on iconic wines, Evans showcases younger producers and lesser-known regions on a frequently changing list that highlights new discoveries. His wine bar across the street, Casot, is the perfect stop before or after dinner.
