Owner Pim Techamuanvivit’s Nari is one of the country’s best Thai restaurants, and it sports a California sensibility. The sour gaeng som curry is made with California hamachi and fresh pops of hearts of palm. Also on the menu, you’ll find opo squash and grilled Monterey squid meets tender pork jowl in a spicy citrus dressing. Take some time with Sam Zelver’s deep wine list.
