Chris Kajioka’s new Miro Kaimuki is a fantastic French-Japanese hybrid. And Anthony Rush has retooled Senia, one of Hawaii’s most exciting and ambitious restaurants since its debut in 2017, into a more intimate and approachable experience. In a state where wine availability can be low and prices high, Senia’s selection is broad and carefully curated. Markups are surprisingly modest, especially at the higher end.
