With the addition last year of Rustic Canyon alum Travis Hayden as chef, this natural wine bar and shop has morphed into one of LA’s most exciting wine restaurants. It features more than 400 wines to pair with Hayden’s provocative small plates like aged juniper-cured bresaola with pickled green strawberry and XO sauce, and Cantabrian anchovies with preserved kumquats and salted mullet roe. There are frequent themed tasting nights when the owners pop open rare bottles by the glass.
